Shopko and Eagle Graphics announce the two companies have jointly donated approximately $28,900 to 291 high schools over the past year.

In March 2012, Shopko, which has a location in Bowman, partnered with Eagle Graphics, an apparel, and promotional product decorator, to launch Shopko’s collection of high school spirit wear. The partnership included a commitment to donate a percentage of the royalties from the sale of the logoed apparel and merchandise to local high schools within the Shopko and Shopko Hometown communities.

Eagle Graphics serves as the exclusive manufacturer for this apparel, which is currently carried in 265 Shopko and Shopko Hometown stores. Proceeds from the merchandise benefit local high schools in communities Shopko serves. Over the past four years, Shopko and Eagle Graphics have donated nearly $165,000 to local high schools.

“There is a high degree of school pride in these communities as evidenced by the overwhelmingly positive response to our line of high school spirit wear,” said Matt McAdam, Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer. “This partnership has been incredibly successful, and we are proud to provide our customers access to high quality merchandise that both supports school spirit and gives back to the community. Shopko is committed to the communities it serves and looks forward to expanding its reach to other high schools with this spirit wear.”
